На мете как бы выходы труб доставок не внутри отделов а у входов, получается доступ внутрь отделов через карго.(кроме сервиса)

Такие ПРы нужно делить на части:

1. Добавление фигурок
2. Деливеры
3. Флатпакер

Потому что не все может подойти к нам и откатывать это потом будет тяжело
