I'm Vito, a seasoned developer from Italy and based in Finland, where I work for event platform Brella as Lead Platform Architect. In my free time I also work as bug bounty hunter to responsibly find and disclose vulnerabilities in web apps.

My main open source project at the moment is a CLI tool written in Crystal to quickly create and manage cheap Kubernetes clusters in Hetzner Cloud (https://github.com/vitobotta/hetzner-k3s). Many individuals as well as companies use this tool already to manage their clusters and save a significant amount of money compared to using more expensive providers.

If you are using or plan on using Kubernetes I suggest you check out hetzner-k3s and give it a try, especially if you are keen to keep your infrastructure costs down.

hetzner-k3s allows you to create production grade clusters very quickly and easily, for cheap. For the infrastructure, it uses Hetzner Cloud, a German provider with locations both in Europe and in the USA. Hetzner is very affordable but also very reliable with great performance at the same time.
