I have graduated with a PhD from Twente and Leiden Universities, the Netherlands, where I started contributing to ImageJ development. Since 2011 I am an active member of the Belgian Neuroinformatics community. I participate on a regular basis in the Google Summer of Code as a mentor in various projects.

I am working on several projects:

[] Pixlib: multidimensional image processing library
[] Image segmentation and classification tool for ImageJ: Active Segmentation
