Open 'x86 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017' app and type the following in the console:

perl Configure VC-WIN32 no-shared --prefix=C:\Build-OpenSSL-VC32-Release-Static
nmake
nmake test
nmake install

Back in the 'x86 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2017' app, type in:
jom -j 8
jom -j 8 install

Install XCode with Command-line tools

Open a command prompt and type the following in the console:
