+ Accounts, so multiple can use the same server across multiple devices!
+ Actually added the code that prevents conversion if Office is installed I forgot this for 4 versions straight even though I made the flag for it.

Edit (9/25/2019): OTNClient.exe is a file that otn-server.exe downloads to install or update the OTN Client. It is not for use by the user. Starting with the to-be-released Version 0.1.2, all updates will be handled by otn-server.exe unless otherwise notified.
