JP-3782: Fix improper setting of AREA extension in coron3 pipeline

This PR fixes a bug in the coron3 pipeline while converting the data from a CubeModel to a ModelContainer before calling the resample step. The area extension of the CubeModel at this stage has shape (x,y) whereas the rest of the extensions (SCI, DQ, ERR, etc) have shape (nints, x, y), but they were all being indexed in the same way, as though they had shape (nints, x, y). This only leads to an IndexError when nints > x, but when nints <= x it renders the area extension incorrect, as it only has shape (y,). The proposed fix checks the dimensionality of the extensions being converted, and if they're 2-D, avoids indexing them. This leads to a correct copy of the area extension in each ImageModel in the container.
