I need help

To be able to post on help, you first need to sign up, or log in. After you have signed up, you will be directed to your dashboard, showing you the 3 most recent notifications (there will be 2, because you'll only have 2). If you think you have more that you need to read, click on "view all". Below that will be some banners of with important information, for example, the privacy policy and terms of use might appear there. After you have signed up/logged in, click in one of the two big blue buttons that say "+ new". This is where you create a new plea.
