build(deps): bump glob-parent and @angular/compiler-cli in /ci-droid-gui

Removes [glob-parent](https://github.com/gulpjs/glob-parent). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular/compiler-cli](https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/HEAD/packages/compiler-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@angular/compiler-cli` from 8.0.0 to 15.1.5
