Sorry about another pedantic PR but cheaper 2vcpu instances were required in order to pass the smoke tests for sky serve for digital ocean.

Thanks a lot for the update @asaiacai! In most cases of other clouds we use intel CPUs, but if it requires to be AMD on DO, let's use that.
