After many months of development, the first release of Markiva is here! Markiva is a powerful, feature-rich Markdown editor designed to provide a seamless writing experience with live previews, extensive customization, and advanced features to streamline your workflow.

📝 Usage Guide

File Management

  • Opening Files: Use the file explorer on the left to navigate and open Markdown files.
  • Saving Files: Click on the save icon or press Ctrl+S to save your work.
  • Auto-Save: Enable auto-save to automatically save your work at regular intervals.

Editing & Formatting

  • Text Formatting: Use the toolbar to bold, italicize, underline, or strikethrough text.
  • Inserting Headings: Quickly insert headings using the dropdown in the toolbar.
  • Preview: View a live HTML-rendered version of your Markdown file on the right pane.

Exporting

  • Export as PDF: Convert your Markdown file to a PDF by clicking on the export PDF icon.
  • Export as HTML: Similarly, you can export your document as an HTML file.
