Update to 0.7.1

As a conscious developer I'm not feeling merging this PR. There's two problem:

1. This "should" fix the broken API key thing reported in the WebPageTest plugin doesn't work - code 404 sitespeed.io#3771 - but its unclear if it breaks the API against private instances (I can't find any references in the WebPageTest code about checking the new header) and I think it definitely will break the open source version of WebPageTest. I couldn't find any info about it.
2. In the tweet from Mehdi Daoudi Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder from Catchpoint he is openly supporting Turkey (by buying that company and using Erdogans spelling of Turkey). Why do that matter? The Turkish state has been suppressing Kurds for a long time and Turkey is also blocking Sweden joining NATO. Thank you Mehdi for caring about your $$$ and by that also supporting Putin.
