pseudo-signal calculation for analytic covariances #166

This script computes the pseudo-spectra of the cross-array CMB + FG spectra.

tf estimated in the simple way that get_covmat_blocks.py does, and linearly interpolated from the binned tf estimate
beams diagonal, no leakage
mode-coupling matrices as generated with the other parts of the covariance
