  1. Remove all the old code about pseudo support and relative warnings.
  2. Remove the support for old location of the protocol system.
  3. Fix all the issues.
  4. Change the presence of "optical" keywords in "parameters" from warning to error.
  5. Expose the metadata of the SiestaCalculation from the SiestaBaseWorkChain.
  6. Make use of input namespaces (at least for stm workflows).
