tunnelblick Zsh config

• Password can be invoked using TOTP, static by tying a keystroke
• Connection config is passed in via CLI first argument

Howto

• Just clone the repos in oh-my-zsh/plugins
• Add "tunnelblick" in plugins=(... tunnelblick) in .zshrc
• add Control + command + G integration to invoke password
