Steps to run application

1. Download the git repo in your local machine using Visual Studio
2. Build and Run the application
3. Login page will appear, create new user using register page with one of the two roles - Admin/ Data Entry Operator
4. List of OneSignal Apps will be displayed
5. As per user roles, Admin user will be able to create and edit apps
6. As per user roles, Data entry opertor role can view the apps list
