Release 3.1.1: Re-release

Changes

  • Speed-up of the algorithm by the factor of 25%. This was reached by adding more conditions to the inner loop (from v3.1.0).
  • Re-relase of v3.1.0 since there was a problem deploying it to Maven Central.
