Workflow Interface: Remove duplicate tutorials #1181

PR Description

This PR addresses the issue of duplicated tutorials and broken links within the openfl-tutorial/experimental/workflow directory

Description of Changes

The following changes have been introduced to better organize the tutorials

  1. Removal of duplicate tutorials:
  • 402_FedProx_with_Synthetic_nonIID.ipynb
  • 401_MNIST_Aggregator_Validation_Ray_Watermarking.ipynb
  1. Renaming of existing tutorials for clearer reference:
  • Renamed 401_Federated_FedProx_PyTorch_MNIST_Workflow_Tutorial.ipynb to 403_Federated_FedProx_PyTorch_MNIST_Workflow_Tutorial.ipynb to ensure a consistent numbering and clear progression of the tutorials.
  1. Fixing Broken Links:
  • Corrected broken links to workflow interface tutorials
