PR Description
This PR addresses the issue of duplicated tutorials and broken links within the
openfl-tutorial/experimental/workflowdirectoryDescription of Changes
The following changes have been introduced to better organize the tutorials
402_FedProx_with_Synthetic_nonIID.ipynb401_MNIST_Aggregator_Validation_Ray_Watermarking.ipynb401_Federated_FedProx_PyTorch_MNIST_Workflow_Tutorial.ipynbto403_Federated_FedProx_PyTorch_MNIST_Workflow_Tutorial.ipynbto ensure a consistent numbering and clear progression of the tutorials.
