This PR closes #48 and adds a new
parent_catalogscolumn to the Sources tab on the Target page. For each catalogid associated with the sdssid, there is a new menu button that displays all the parent catalogs for that catalogid. On click, it open a new dialog popup window that displays the parameter data for the parent catalog.
