The Event-Related PAC Tools (PAC Tools) is an EEGLAB plug-in to compute phase-amplitude coupling. While the plug-in is still in development, usage and feedback are encouraged. In addition to traditional methods to compute PAC, the plugin includes the Instantaneous and Event-Related implementation of the Mutual Information Phase-Amplitude Coupling Method (MIPAC) (see Martinez-Cancino et al 2019). The toolbox features computation of PAC in a single subject as well as multiple subjects by using the EEGLAB STUDY framework and support HPC access through the NSGPORTAL EEGLAB plug-in. The toolbox is developed and maintained at the Swartz Center for Computational Neurosciences, UCSD, La Jolla, California.
