fixed the navbar, header and hamburger-sidebar

Closed issue : #436

Description

• Fixed the header search bar which is breaking on small screen
• Removed the cluttering of items in header
• Fixed the hamburger sidebar section which is not properly opening in small screen
• Fixed the alignment of navbar and made all items properly aligned at center with proper distance from one another and
  active item.
