- Update .gitignore for Eclipse (should be separated) - Update gradle dependency/settings - Includes proposal for IOResourceProvider

@samtools/htsjdk-next-maintainers - I can also separate the proposal for the IO resources and have the doc project in a different PR, because I guess that we can discuss better in PRs about the design. |
