version 0.1 - last minute release

The changes since v0.1-rc4 are piling up and moving so far away from what v0.1-rc1 was like, so here's a quick v0.1 release. The next release will be v0.2 (or rather v0.2-rc1), which will feature the new type system and will be more useful.
