This git repository contains all code, figures and calculated correlation coefficient products from random-normal time series for the Levezey-Chen field significance test. Precipitation data is accessed from CPC Global Unified Gauge-Based Analysis of Daily Precipitation data provided by the NOAA PSL, Boulder, Colorado, USA, from their website at https://psl.noaa.gov for the period 2003-2023. NINO-3.4 indices are accessed from NOAA Climate Prediction Center (https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/data/indices/).
