Setting K_HOME manually wouldn't work, because the makefile wouldn't check for it. This fixes that.

Came across this issue with K_HOME because someone asked on discord.
The proposed fix should work in nix-provided installations. Generally it is probably best to use the include/kframework dir adjacent to the kompile binary in use.
