azureaisearch: add semantic search mode support for async queries

Description

Subclass AzureQueryResultSearchSemanticHybrid need to override the aysnc _acreate_query_result method to support smantic search or it will call to base class' method which is not a semantic search at all. other changes are to align with the python linter.

You might need to merge main, but this should be self._async_search_client -- I merged some changes to
a) better separate these clients
b) allow users to pass in both clients
