Key tasks

  • keep the conversation running (schedule calls, meetings, organize spaces online and offline)
  • dispatch questions and answers (bring people together, who can help answering a question, do research in our github/nextcloud archive, who should be involved for certain projects)
  • enable structuring and priotizing of work (help the team picking issues and align them properly. do we need deadlines?)
  • keep asking about work in progress
