Neither of these jobs have built in a very long time, and at least the drake one is still targeting focal (which Rolling hasn't supported since early 2022). Remove both of the jobs from our configuration. Signed-off-by: Chris Lalancette <[email protected]>

These do indeed need to be removed by hand. Now that this is merged I've done so. I've also removed the branch-deployed Space ROS related jobs: |

Neither of these jobs have built in a very long time, and at least the drake one is still targeting focal (which Rolling hasn't supported since early 2022). Remove both of the jobs from our configuration.
This should stop configuring the jobs https://build.ros2.org/view/Rci/job/Rci__clang-tidy_ubuntu_jammy_amd64/ and https://build.ros2.org/view/Rci/job/Rci__drake-ros-underlay_ubuntu_focal_amd64/ (which we may have to remove by hand if we accept this PR).
Note that I'd also like to remove the following jobs:
But there are no config files on the
ros2branch for these. I believe that these were deployed from the https://github.com/ros2/ros_buildfarm_config/tree/nuclearsandwich/ikos-builds/rolling and https://github.com/ros2/ros_buildfarm_config/tree/nuclearsandwich/spaceros-build/rolling jobs.@cottsay @nuclearsandwich FYI
