iCub Genova03 config update + index finger fix #625

This Pull Request addresses:

  1. Index finger fix after PID re-tuning
  2. General robot configuration fix, now tested on iCubOS running the Robotology-Superbuild v2024.02.0

This PR closes robotology/icub-tech-support#1747 and robotology/icub-tech-support#1674

To @sgiraz and @AntonioConsilvio who supervised these edits: this PR also fixes the wrong parts-calibration order.
