Robot does not start.

Detailed context

Error:

[ERROR] from BOARD 10.0.1.6 (right_leg-eb6-j0_3) time=1113s 977m 108u :  SYS: EOtheCANservice could not tx frames on CAN bus. CanPort=CAN1. Size of fifo is 64

Additional context

The error shown above appears many times on the terminal.
