Latest Stable Release

This release incorporates several fixes:

• On Windows, awss ssh now functions properly
  • Windows doesn't have a native ssh command
  • So it requires pre-reqs for ssh, which are detailed in the readme
• Includes fix from pip release v0.9.10 (which wasn't released on github)
  • Eliminated errors for instances with zero tags
