This is the beginnings of a global-config.adoc file to hold common asciidoc attributes that are common across all specs.

Looks like a good start.
Just putting this here for reference:
https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoc/latest/attributes/assignment-precedence/
And then once this lands, we can put it into the template by including it after the the list of "local" attributes.
