Minimal Viable Product of Komi Bot

Writing basic functions including but not limited to:

• nuke(): helps test bot with a clean slate.
• quote(): tweets in preset intervals.
• reply() & retweet(): listens for mentions and responds to said mentions, with the latter using polarity analysis.
