Rename script file. Remove old bash script that attempts to do the text replacement.
Lint fix_md_files.py
If a code fence would only have 1 line after stripping an empty line at the end of the code fence, treat it as if it only has 1 line.
… title, removing linenums="1". Account for edge cases like a 2-line codefence whenre the 2nd line is whitespace.
