ScuffedRocketLoader v0.1.6-alpha

Updated some stability stuff.
Added REAL Subway Surfers on the loading screen (WOAHHH)
Self deploys shortcut this time, so it works regardless of where you place it.
Setup script finally added, we don't download get-pip.py and run it every time on install.
Added settings persistence so you don't have to specify your Rocket League directory every time you run it.
Settings button added to GUI, manifest updated.

I never did end up marrying Zendaya.
Fml I never wanted to work on this again.
