Output files not zipped #10

For some reason, the orthopair files were not zipped at the end of this step and Orthoinference failed when it tried to unzip files that were not zipped.

This might have been caused by the fact that the default shell used by Jenkins is sh and some of the code in the Utilities.groovy file (in release-jenkins-utils: reactome/release-jenkins-utils@775939a#diff-61e335f473e60e1533504068f3145b1ab6cdc6a712ff3682fe0449b1bf52aa74R209) requires bash. I've updated Jenkins, hopefully that will fix it.
