Tidy & Improve Collapsed Columns Behaviour

This PR:

• Moves CollapsedColumn related methods into the appropriate Helper/Configuration traits
• Migrates the Collapsed Column styling methods into an appropriate trait
• Cleans up the blades for collapsed columns slightly
