Rename tailwind colors #88

This package still uses two color names that we don't use anymore. In the next big update we should rename the following colors:

ct-primary to ct-neutral
ct-accent to ct-primary

I'd do it now but we've already released a 2.x version and a big breaking change like this seems unwise now.

With a big color name refactor coming one way or another I'm sure this issue will get resolved eventually 😇
