- Put return statements after reportError calls to prevent from panics

Every time I open VSCode, the Go Extension asks me to install go-outline.
The point is that I have installed it many times and the issue continues.
I find out that the binary installed on ~/go/bin/go-outline panics every time I run it without arguments.
So I put a return statement after every reportError call and the panics stopped.
The Go Extension also stopped to ask me to reinstall :)
