fix confusing slideshow UI issues

Changes

• Fixed an issue where if you click the edit button on an existing slideshow entry, the "add new item" icon would show an 'x'.
• Added a bit of space between the type label and dropdown menu.
• When you click 'Add new item', the screen will scroll down to the add button so it's more obvious that it's there. We can remove this if we think it's going to cause more issues.

Testing

Steps:

1. Open the demo page and load a product.
2. Go to edit a slideshow panel.
3. Click "add new item" and ensure the icon next to 'cancel' is an 'x'. Clicking cancel should show 'add new item' again with a '+' instead.
4. When clicking "add new item", the screen should also scroll down.
