This is the source repo for my Github Pages homepage. It is built with mkdocs build, which puts the static site HTML/CSS/JS into the site directory. I then check in both the site source and the static site files, and there is a Github action in this repo that triggers the deployment of the site directory to Github pages. There is a more correct way to do this that involves doing the mkdocs build step using Github actions too, but I'm too lazy to figure that out right now; this workflow makes and serves the static site so I'm happy enough.
