On GHA Windows the repo is checked out with `\r\n` end of line markers, so start bytes are off in the dependency scanning. Maybe we can avoid testing the files if we read out the text first.
It is better to write paths than printing them, because printing will escape them, and then it is hard to transform the path. [ci skip]
Windows path delimiter mismatch.
