Agree

I see two outcomes of an input error.

  1. The LES is calculated, but has errors in the outcome (like Depreciation costs of business case of stakeholders not taken into account when stakeholder is connected to heat network #1599)
  2. The LES doesn't calculate at all (for example because the CSV contains a node that is not defined in the topology)

Feedback on both would be nice
