1. Bug description

Issue 1
After Finishing a Level or exiting The Levels video start playing in the menu

Issue 2
after a period of time Selecting a another level with a cinema video an error would happen not loading the video

Issue 3 i originally open this issues in Kevga#79
When Setting A Video Offset On any OSTs And DLC beatmaps the levels song will only play the song preview instead of the full song when offsetting a video
