  • Added full dependencies to CI pipeline to pick up potential issues with full list of dependencies, i.e matplotlib
  • Going to fix those issues in subsquent PRs
  • Needed to exclude pyfftw for Python=3.12 because conda was not able to find a compatible version
  • Needed to exclude mpi4py for Python=3.9 because it was causing a segmentation fault
