Update backend-api (#12)

* Upgrade backend-api dependency

- Bumped backend-api dependency to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT
- Bump to next major version
- Replace spotify docker plugin with maven exec plugin

* Upgraded webprotege-backend-api to 2.0.1

* upgrade branckend-api version
