Follow-up after #198, which had some conflicts with #220.
This PR removed three unnecessary/duplicate files.
@wang-boyu @quaquel please check if the non-experimental variants of Boltzmann and schilling are now fully correct according to both your PRs (and nothing was lost in the merge conflict).
