Creating a new release to indicate the updated requirements for the Spark-Toolkit.

As of this release, OpenEdge 11.7.5 or 12.1 must be installed in order to provide all necessary ABL code from the product itself. This means the latest OpenEdge.Core.pl and the new OpenEdge.BusinessLogic.pl as provided in those releases are required and will be provided automatically in the standard PROPATH.
