Missing documentation about some possible remedial actions available in the repository.
Need to add a link to the powsybl-open-loaflow documentation about the actions implemented there.

Incomplete documentation about available remedial actions.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
All the remedial actions are now documented in the docs and a link is set to the OLF documentation about there implemented actions.
