…tory and find fasta files. it then amalgamates them and checks that they have key_display_name, which is going to change, as an annotation in the description. it then reads in all the metadata and tries to match via supp metadata id column with the fasta records, creating a csv file with the amalgamated metadata that matches. suspect this will break due to conflicts etc. testing to be done
