allow the capacity to create a visual horizontal separation between fields

sample to add in /fields/*.constant.php

$GO_FIELDS['hrnewsection']['name'] = 'NEW VISUAL SECTION';
$GO_FIELDS['hrnewsection']['input_type'] = 'horizontalseparator';
